  • A systematic validation of packaging according to current standards,

  • A production organized in 3x8, 5 days a week, that can be extended to 7 days a week depending on demand peaks.


    • To deliver its blister packing services, BIOCORP runs the best equipments available. For example, the latest machine installed is a thermoforming machine especially developed for GMP environment: a Multivac® R145 Clean Design.

    To minimize the level of particles on the production and in its environment, blister packaging is entirely realized in ISO 8 classified clean environment according to standard ISO 14644, the current standards for the production of clean ready-to-use devices for the healthcare industry.
