Contract moulding and assembly of medical devices and drug delivery systems
 


After design, commissioning and validation of the production tools, BIOCORP performs contract moulding and assembly of medical devices and drug delivery systems:
 
  • Injection moulding of thermoplastic components in clean rooms,
    •  
  • Assembly and labelling of complex drug delivery systems from small to large-scale.


    • Moulding and assembly operations are performed:
     
  • In class 7 or class 8 clean environment according to standard ISO 14644 (equivalent to Class 10.000 or 100.000),
    •  
  • Using recent leading brands injection-moulding machines from 50T to 160T.


    • The Quality Management System (QMS) of BIOCORP is ensured according to ISO 15378.
