A step by step management of projectsthat allows us to start the collaboration from a detailed design or as early as from a basic concept or even and idea. Sequence of deliverables may include 2D and 3D models, prototype and pilot moulds before prior to the manufacture of mass-production multi-cavity tools,
The moulding of a wide range of biocompatibles thermoplastics resins including PP, PE, POM all certified USP Classe 6,
A systematic control of the production by IPC, cameras, metrology, visual or contact systems,
A production organized in 3x8, 5 days a week, that can be extended to 7 days a week to manage peaks of demand.
To perform moulding, BIOCORP runs the
best equipments available. For example, the latest machine installed is a hydraulic/electric hybrid 160T Injection Moulding machine from KRAUS MAFFEI.
To minimize the level of particles on the production and in its environment, BIOCORP uses a process co-developed with KRAUS MAFFEI, the manufacturer of the injection moulding machines. When in operation, the injection moulding head is separated from the rest of the injection unit. Therefore,
only the parts that need to be in ISO 7 clean environment are. Today, this lay-out is a recognized standard for the production of very clean components for the health industry.
